Chaco Altar metal print by Peter Boehringer.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

The last light of a quite stormy and windy day got a special twist when the clouds gave a breakthrough for the sun to plunge the sky in to a wonderful and awesome backdrop to shine through a uniquely shaped hoodoo lost in a New Mexican badlands.

There is no journey, road, trail, location too far or weather conditions too adverse for Peter Boehringer to follow the call and photograph the American Southwest. Peter loves moody skies and extreme weather conditions but his favorite time to photograph is dusk and dawn - when you share the space with nature. These early and late moments in the day means leaving his sleeping bag and tent as early as 3:30am in the summer months or returning to his tent at midnight to be on location when first light is at the right moment.
